    California Housing Finance Agency (CalHFA) supports the needs of renters and first-time homebuyers by providing financing and programs that create safe, decent and affordable housing opportunities for low and moderate income Californians.

  • California Housing Partnership

    A private nonprofit organization dedicated to helping government and nonprofit housing agencies preserve and expand the supply of affordable housing for lower income households throughout California.

  • Foundation for Affordable Housing 

    Creates safe, comfortable, high-quality, affordable homes for Senior Citizens and families of very low to moderate income.

  • HERA - Housing & Economics Rights Advocates 

    HERA is a California statewide, not-for-profit legal service and advocacy organization dedicated to helping Californians — particularly those most vulnerable — build a safe, sound financial future, free of discrimination and economic abuses, especially in the realm of housing.We provide free legal services in-person, by phone, fax, or email.

  • Housing California

    Housing California educates lawmakers and others who have the power to stabilize the housing market; create more housing opportunities; and implement proven solutions that reduce the number of homeless men, women, and children in our communities.

  • National AIDS Housing Coalition

    Provides strong advocacy, representation, and training for thousands of consumers, community leaders, and social service/health providers.

  • National Coalition for the Homeless

    Advocacy network of homeless, service providers and activists. Contains online publications, legislative reports and links.

  • National Fair Housing Alliance

    Housing news, legal resources and research, Fair Housing 101, specialists in discrimination.

  • National Health Care for the Homeless Council 

    Organization of health care providers working to improve health care for the homeless population.

  • National Law Center on Homelessness and Poverty 

    Organization that serves as the legal arm of the national movement to end homelessness in America. Focuses on impact litigation, policy advocacy, and public education. 

  • National Low Income Housing Coalition

    National organization dedicated solely to achieving socially just public policy that assures people with the lowest incomes in the United States have affordable and decent homes. 

  • Shelter Partnership, Inc.

    A non-profit organization that develops resources and housing for the homeless population of L.A. County.

  • Southern California Association of Non-Profit Housing 

    Assists with preservation and management of permanently affordable homes for low-income households.
